Institute Curie (ICG-GC), Paris, France [Professor J. Prost and Dr. G. Capello]

Main Role in the Project: Curie Institute physicists give an interesting and enriching point of view on cell functioning (cellular mobility and adhesion, intracellular exchange). They are studying cells both theoretically and experimentally and are manufacturing in vitro some cell mechanisms: microbeads that mimic bacteria movement, the formation of membrane tubes required for intracellular transport.

Principal Scientist: Prof. J. Prost is head of a research group at the world-famous “Physico-chimie-Curie” department, a department with double affiliation to CNRS and Institute Curie.
